  5. Wow super important talk especially as we see suicide rates, depression, anxiety, addiction soar around the world. I wish she spoke to more about what her research is showing as to how much micronutrient doses are needed and what are the 36 nutrients

    "increases" are not down to nutrition, unless you count overindulging greedy pharmaceutical companies.
    Additionally, drop the 'mental illness' phrase. Mental Health, is what you should all be referring to and it is on a continuum. "Mental illness" is the term manufactured by drs that wanted to make money with drugs and by those who wanted to make psychiatry legit. It isn't and this Psychologist is clueless.
